When you visit our “Classes” page you will see the links for livestream/on-demand at the top and then the calendar for in-studio classes below that.
Online/on-demad classes must still be registered through the zoom link prior to class time.
In-studio classes you can just show up to, NO registration required.
You are free to come to classes as you wish or participate online as you wish!!
